55bmw ph Terms and Conditions – Player Agreement and Platform Rules

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout as "the Terms") constitute the binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "you") and 55bmw ph (referred to as "55bmw ph", "we", "us" or "the Platform"). 3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account at 55bmw ph at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 55bmw ph reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any balance held across those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering at 55bmw ph, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and payment details. You must not register using a false name, another person's identity, or fictitious personal details. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification documents and supporting payment verification at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform. 3.4 Account Maintenance

You are responsible for keeping your registered details up to date. 4. Account Security

Your 55bmw ph login credentials — your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.

You must choose a strong, unique password for your 55bmw ph account and must not reuse passwords from other services. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact 55bmw ph support immediately at support@55bmwph.best and change your password without delay.

55bmw ph will never ask you to provide your password by email, chat or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 55bmw ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Methods

55bmw ph accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP) via the following channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Additional or revised payment methods may be added or removed at 55bmw ph's discretion; the current list of active methods is displayed at the deposit screen in your account.

5.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel. The applicable minimum for each method is displayed at the deposit screen before you confirm a transaction. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed.

5.3 Your Own Funds

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing via a payment account belonging to another person, or funding your 55bmw ph account using funds obtained through unlawful activity, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5.4 Processing Times

6. Withdrawals

6.5 No Withdrawal of Bonus Funds Without Wagering Completion

Bonus balances at 55bmw ph are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before the stated wagering requirement is completed will result in the bonus portion of the balance being forfeited. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless they were made in conjunction with a specific promotional offer that stated otherwise.

7. Betting Rules – Sports and Boxing

7.1 Accepted Bets

7.3 Void Bets

Bonus-specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposits and expiry periods, are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

9.2 One Bonus Per Account

9.3 Wagering Requirements

The 55bmw ph Refer a Friend programme allows eligible active account holders to earn PHP rewards by inviting new players to the platform. The following conditions apply to all referral rewards:

• Referral rewards are only generated by genuinely new 55bmw ph players who register using a valid referral link and complete the qualifying activity specified in the current programme terms.
• Self-referrals — referring yourself via a second account — are strictly prohibited and will result in both accounts being closed and all associated balances being forfeited.

11. VIP Club

The following general conditions apply:

• VIP status does not exempt a player from any provision of these Terms. All VIP Club members remain subject to the full terms set out here.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 55bmw ph and will result in account suspension or permanent closure and may result in forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating more than one 55bmw ph account simultaneously or consecutively
• Registering using false, inaccurate or another person's identity information
• Using the platform to launder money or process the proceeds of unlawful activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting markets or game outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform outside of normal manual player behaviour
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers through techniques not consistent with genuine recreational play
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited without disclosure
• Facilitating access to a 55bmw ph account by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2

55bmw ph reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance retention and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

13. Account Closure

13.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 55bmw ph account at any time by contacting support at support@55bmwph.best. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure that is not subject to an active wagering requirement or pending investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment channel following completion of any required verification.

13.2 Closure by 55bmw ph

55bmw ph reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, or where closure is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

13.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request this through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. A self-excluded player must not attempt to re-register at 55bmw ph during their exclusion period. 14. Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bmw ph's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform or any services provided through it, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to 55bmw ph in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability. 55bmw ph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive losses, including loss of profits, lost opportunity or emotional distress.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 55bmw ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Amendments to These Terms

55bmw ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication of the updated Terms at 55bmwph.best/terms-conditions. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 55bmw ph will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to registered players through on-platform notifications or email to the address registered to the account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 55bmw ph platform after an amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 13.1 before the amendment takes effect.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of 55bmw ph that cannot be resolved through the support team process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

Before escalating any dispute, players are encouraged to contact the 55bmw ph support team at support@55bmwph.best to allow 55bmw ph the opportunity to resolve the matter directly. Most issues relating to account balances, game results, deposits and withdrawals can be resolved by the support team without formal escalation when the player provides complete and accurate details of the matter.

Where a player believes that a bet or game round was settled incorrectly, a formal dispute must be submitted within 14 days of the settlement date. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be investigated.
